ACC Europe is seeking accreditation for this conference with the Belgian Institute for Corporate Lawyers (IBJ/IJE). Please tick the box below if you are a member, in order to receive the relevant information after the event.

For participants who wish to fulfil US CLE obligations, ACC Europe will seek accreditation for this conference in Illinois, Texas, and Washington State. Image and Voice Recordings

ACC and ACC Europe will be filming, audio recording and taking pictures at the conference for the legitimate purpose of disseminating information about their activities, and your image may be processed accordingly. In some instances, you may be clearly identifiable in the picture or audio. There will be a designated area within the exhibition hall where ACC and ACC Europe will not be filming, photographing or audio recording. For more information about this designated area, please contact the registration desk at the conference. ACC and ACC Europe will generally retain your image and/or voice for no more than 10 years.

Visa Policy

It is the sole responsibility of each delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements to enter the country where the conference is held. Please allow sufficient time for the relevant application procedures. The organisers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas and any request for a refund of registration fees and accommodation deposits paid will be considered under the normal terms, conditions and deadlines of the conference cancellation terms and conditions and the hotel accommodation cancellation terms.

Registration Cancellation Terms and Conditions

The ACC and ACC Europe reserve the right to amend or cancel the event where deemed necessary. If the event is cancelled, then a full refund of fees paid will be made but the organisers will accept no further liability. Delegates cancelling their registration should do so in writing to Cancellations received in writing by 5.30pm GMT on 15 April 2020 to will result in a full refund of the registration fees paid. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions from the same organisation, eligible to attend, may be made in writing without penalty.

We hope that any non-members who cancel before 16 April 2020 will wish to retain membership of ACC (annual value $385) as included in the non-member registration fee. Therefore, unless advised otherwise, we will deduct this sum from any refund made, in addition to the administration fee. The ACC membership entitlement will transfer to any non-member registration substitutions.
