We will be using a mobile App for the conference and your email address will be used as your password for download. Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly.

Educational Credit

ACC Europe will seek accreditation in Illinois, Texas, and Washington State. If awarded, these states' accreditations also comply with the New York Approved Jurisdiction Policy and the California Approved Jurisdiction Policy.

Other jurisdictions in Europe, the US and Canada may confer credit for this event. Please refer to the rules of your local bar or law society as to the process of claiming credit in your jurisdiction.

Certificates of Attendance will be issued by email after the conference to delegates who have their badges scanned in every session they attend.

If you are licensed in one of the following states, please supply the information below. Without it, we cannot report your attendance to the bar and you will not receive credit.

Image Release

Your registration and attendance at this event indicates your consent to be filmed and to the use of your image, without payment of any kind, for use in programme(s) and for other promotional/editorial activities of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and ACC Europe for future use in any and all media, now known or hereafter created.

Visa Policy

It is the sole responsibility of each delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements. Please allow sufficient time for the relevant application procedures. The organisers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas and any request for a refund of registration fees and accommodation deposits paid will be considered under the normal terms, conditions and deadlines of the conference cancellation terms and conditions and the hotel accommodation cancellation terms.

Registration Cancellation Terms and Conditions

The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the event where deemed necessary. If the event is cancelled then a full refund of fees paid will be made but the organisers will accept no further liability. Delegates cancelling their registration should do so in writing to
Cancellations received before 15 April 2018 will receive a refund of the registration fees paid less a €95 administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions from the same organisation (and eligible to attend) may be made in writing without penalty.

We hope non-members who cancel before 15 April will wish to retain membership of ACC (annual value $ 385) as included in the non-member registration fee and, unless advised otherwise, will deduct this sum from any refund made, in addition to the admin fee. The ACC membership entitlement will transfer to any non-member substitutions.
